Day 1: Teeth
before On a scale of 1 (white) to 16 (gray), Ford's teeth rated a 7.
the treatment Ford was treated to Quick White—a diamond-paste buffing followed by 15 minutes under a whitening lamp. The technique, exclusive to the New York Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, was developed by Jeff Golub-Evans, D.D.S., whose clients include Kim Cattrall ($200; nyccd.com).
after Ford's smile came in several shades lighter. "I saw a difference right away," she says.
PRO TIP
How discolored is your smile? The whites of your eyes hold the answer: They're the exact color your teeth should be, notes Sarita Singh, a hygienist at the New York Center for Cosmetic Dentistry.
DAY TWO: Skin
before Though clear, Ford's skin was dull and flaky in spots.
the treatment N.Y.C. dermatologist Karen Burke, M.D., chose Power Peel microdermabrasion to clarify and brighten Ford's complexion. A technician sprays tiny crystals across the face to polish the skin's surface. "It helps diminish a range of problems, from fine lines to dullness to acne,"says Burke ($200; 212-754-1100).
after "The procedure made Carey's skin smoother and more even-toned," says Burke. Ford agrees: "It really refreshed my face. My skin's much younger looking."
PRO TIP
To keep the signs of aging at bay, Burke recommends using a gentle exfoliator daily, working it across the face, perpendicular to developing wrinkles. The massaging motion also helps stimulate collagen production.

DAY 3: Brows
At the Eliza's Eyes boutique inside the uptown N.Y.C. location of Exhale Spa, brow guru Eliza Petrescu cleaned up Ford's arches by waxing and tweezing, just as she has done for Natasha Richardson ($120; exhalespa.com).
