"Dear Dr. Kacel, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the help last week from your office staff in resolving the mutiny of #16 - a tooth whose dastardly treachery was ended through the intervention of the esteemed Dr. Nickel. The good doctor's skill in the operating theater is exceeded only by his 'chair side' manner. He anticipated my every doubt and fear, each of which he allayed prior to expertly and painlessly removing the malevolent molar. Once extracted, pain relief was immediate, and nary an aspirin was needed in the aftermath.
